All credit card payments are charged a 2% surcharge. Cancellation policy of 72 hours - any booking cancelled later than that will receive no refund. Cancellation policy during Holy Week (24/03/2013) and April Fair (16/04/2013): - 90 % of the total booking if it occurs from the time of confirmation until 7 days before arrival. - 50% if the cancellation occurs between 3 days before arrival. - If cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours. Before arrival, no refund.
