Installed in a 1920 building, Hostal Lis II offers a traditional ‘hostelería’ experience, meaning your stay will be laced with tradition, respect and friendship. We’re located on a walking street near “La Campana” (the point where the Semana Santa parade starts), which guarantees the comforts of the centric zone and the tranquillity of a street without traffic. Easy access to the main city tourist points and commercial centres; buses and taxis are available any hour of the day or night, as are public telephones and post office, etc. Our personnel are qualified to inform you about all the Sevilla tourist activity to make your stay more pleasurable. ***Please note the hostel will be charging you the price of the first night before arrival to guarantee the booking*** In case of total cancellation before 72 hours we charge 10% of total amount. All credit card payments are charged a 2% surcharge. Cancellation policy of 72 hours - any booking cancelled later than that will receive no refund. Booking conditions and cancellation policy Conditions for the Holy Week (24/03/2013) and Fair (16/04/2013). : - We will proceed to charge your credit card 100% of the total amount of the reserve. Cancellation policy during Holy Week (24/03/2013) and April Fair (16/04/2013): - 90 % of the total booking if it occurs from the time of confirmation until 7 days before arrival. - 50% if the cancellation occurs between 3 days before arrival. - If cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours. Before arrival, no refund.
