Also; Top floor air conditioned studio with 19" LCD TV with open views. 2 bedroom, 2 terrace (morning and evening sun) top floor apartment for 4 persons with 22" LCD TV, DVD playes , separate kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, sitting room . Minimum rental is 5 nights and in July and august 7 nights, it is important to communicate Your approximate arrival time beforehand, in order to arrange a person to receive You. Only the checkout day cleaning is included in the rental. Washing machine (coin operated) & iron at your disposal on the communal zones. *Barbeque possibility in the garden. *Free car parking at the gated community. Bed linen and towels are provided; daily cleaning is not included in the rent. Please contact before arrival to inform your arrival time (arrivals only by previous appointment) on the arrival day the balance should be paid by cash. If there is delay in the arrival time please call directly to the Residencia in order to keep your reservation, you will be provided with the telephone number after your booking. Sorry it is not possible to book for night time arrivals after 23.00 hours. On the arrival day is is possible to arrive from 12.00 hours onwards.
