DIRECTIONS: We advise you firstly to print our map in the photos section. It’s in Cyrillic and Latin. With our central location, you can also find our street in all guidebooks. From the TRAIN STATION, you can take the number 1 or 9 tram to the Holovna Poshta – ??????? ????? (Main Post Office) stop. Then pass the Shashkevych monument, turn left on Kopernyka St., and go to the traffic lights. Take right, on the Stefanyka St. Pass the Stefanyka Library with his monument in front of it. Then turn your first left, on Chaikovskoho St. Follow about 60 m, and the next right is Tomashivskoho. Building no. 4 is on the left hand side about 50 meters down. Enter the door, take the stairs to the second floor, and choose the left door! Please note: trams cost 1,5 Ukrainian Hryvnia. * * * If you wish to, we can meet you at the train station! Please note: you should let us know about it at least 12 hrs. prior to your arrival, so we can arrange everything! * * * WALKING from the TRAIN STATION is quite easy and scenic too, it’s only 2.6 km and takes about 35 minutes. Exit the train station, walk straight down Chernivetska St., turn left on to Horodotska, and before the St. Yelizavety church, turn right on Bandery St., walk about a kilometer and on the end a little bit left on Kopernyka. On the traffic lights turn right on Stefanyka St. and take the first left, Chaikovskoho. Then turn right on Tomashivskoho, and the third building on the left – it’s the Kosmonaut! NOTE: Tram tickets (‘kvytok’) are purchased on board from the driver and must be validated! From the main BUS STATION, take ‘Marshootka’ (Small Bus for 1.75 UAH) number 31 to the center. Simply print our map and indicate our location to the driver or ask for ‘Shevchenko Monument’ which is on the main boulevard called ‘Prospect Svobody’. TAXIS from the train station are approximately 30 UAH and from the bus station 40 UAH. Negotiate the price prior to departure! From the AIRPORT take trolley bus number 9 to Ivan Franko University, turn back on Stefanyka st. and take second left, Dudayeva. Then turn left on Tomashivskoho, and the second building on the right – it’s the Kosmonaut! * * * If you wish to, we can meet you at the airport!
