The hotel is located in a building owned by Mr. Kotroneo, and covered with the glory of the legendary Faberge, Odessa factory which was located in the mansion. The reconstruction, produced in 2012, allowed equipping a modern and comfortable hotel, for the comfort accommodation of our guests. The facade of the hotel overlooks to the lively Tiraspolskaya square. Today "Continental II" is considered one of the best budget hotels of the city.
