Hostel Availability
I am trying to figure out how often our hostels are not showing availability for dates you want to stay. If you are trying to book a hostel and you can’t because there is no availability, can you please reply to this thread with the following information:
Hostel Name, City, Arrival Date, Number of nights to stay
I need to know if the hostel company that we currently work with is allotting enough rooms for us that our users are able to book the nights they want in the hostel they want.
Thank you…

I know it asks for your favorite but if you have more than one favorite, list away…
Hostel Name – City – Country
maybe what you liked about it…
READ Before you ask WHICH HOSTEL to stay in?
Well, i’ve been meaning to get around to this post for months, and i’ve never found the time. Here we go.
So, for anyone looking for advice on “Where to stay”, please see the following links first. Then if you still can’t find what your looking for, then ask away. I’m sure myself or someone else will try and find an answer for you.
You can use most of these sites for hostel reviews. You should also be able to find reviews for “budget hotels”, which I like to use. It’s a hotel, with the price of a hostel.
BEST SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND BY HOSTEL STAFF!
Anyone got reat stories of super helpful staff? I recently stayed in east berlin for the world hard-court bike polo championships (look it up… too much fun) The hostel half the Autralian team stayed in: HOSTEL DIE ETAGE EAST was tidy, well priced, spacious and the staff were very helpful. (our unique polo bikes were allowed to be locked up inside) However, that was not what made me want to write this post.
Brussels - Auberge des 3 Fontaines?
Anybody ever stayed at the Auberge des 3 Fontaines hostel in Brussels? What’s it like? Safe?If not, anyone in Brussels wanna check it out for me?
1960’s Revivalists in their early 20’s seeking Paris & Berlin Hostels
Hi all,
Me & a friend are looking for hostels or cheap twin room hotels close to any dandy, vintage or 1960s style friendly (peace, psychedelic and rocking) hostels in Paris and Berlin.
We are spending a couple of nights in each city.
The only thing we want to do for definite is visit Serge Gainsbouroughs house, apart from that we are also open to suggestions for day trips, things to see and bars and nightlife.
Please let me know if you have any hostel/area advice for a cheap budget!
Cheers,
Tom
Pamplona Accomodation
Looking at going to Running of the Bulls 2011 and wondering what sort of accomodation ideas everyone has. Would like to keep it pretty cheap if at all possible.
Temporary Accomodation in Central London
If anyone is looking for temporary accomodations from 1 hour to 1 week, my landlord has a room available for a tourist.
Single Room sleeps 2 with a shower, kitchen and lounge.
No internet connection available. You have to carry your own mobile broadband.
You can reach him at
+44 0208 930 4077
+44 07 966 262697
Can you still access bars/smoke rooms at hostels if you're not staying there?
Will be in Amsterdam Sept. 18-20ish
I like to have my privacy and proper sleep so I was thinking of getting a regular hotelroom, however seems like being at something like the Flying Pig would provide great opportunity to meet people, which I’ll definitely need since i’ll be going solo.
