Amsterdam in March

Hey Guys

I hope i am in the right part of the forum. I’m going to Amsterdam in 2 weeks. I am having a bit trouble finding guides for special places. What’s there to see, besides the Coffeshops and the Red Light District? For those are plenty of tips in the internet, but for the rest? not so much.

We were in Warsaw some time ago and we had the guide from inyourpocket.com and it was perfect. Many Insider places, clubs, bars and restaurants. Is there something similar for amsterdam?

And what about prices?

I am going solo through Eastern Europe from 1 May until the end of June. Will this be a fun time to go? I am a little worried about going solo and hostels and clubs being dead all through may. Any one with experience on this?

Studying abroad in Italy for the month of July, pretty tied up with seeing THAT country then, but plan on trying to get out 2-3 weeks at the end of June and 2-3 Weeks after in the beginning of July! Honestly, I’m not even sure where to start!! I’ve been on the couch surfing website, anywhere to try and find cheap accommodations, vibrant nightlife, abundant culture and historic sites – HEEELLPPPP!!!

Does anyone know any info about gay nightlife in any of the following cities: Rome, Budapest, Prague, Vienna, Munich, Berlin, Amsterdam, or Paris? I have done a little research but wondered if anyone had firsthand accounts of good places for people in their 20’s to go.

My fiance would LOVE this. We live in Canada and are going next year. The scheudle for 2011 is not out yet, but when it is we want to buy tickets for a game.

What is the best way to do this? I hear it can be pretty impossible to get…any ideas to boost our chances? He is signing up for the fan website so hopefully that helps!

Hey, I’ll be in Helsinki for a while and i’m wondering where i can head for drinks after a hard day of skatin and stuff. I’ve heard about the Corona Bar and um, i mostly am looking for cheap drinks and fun company so… any advice will work
