Nightlife, Eating, and Drinking

We are first time eurotripers and will be staying in London over New Years Eve for a few weeks. We are looking for something to do new years eve and don’t mind buying tickets. We are looking for a more smaller pub or bar scene as opposed to a club or larger bar. I know there are an abundence out there just wondering if any fellow travellers have had a good experience in places. We are staying right near Hyde Park so something local would be nice however willing to travel a bit further. We are all 22/23 years old and Aussie so bound to fit in.

We are trying to find the best spots in each of these cities that can combine chill atmosphere, beautiful women, good drink, and whatever else is around that way. Open to anything, trying to see it all. Thanks.

Anybody have input on things to do in Barcelona? I’m going to be there for 8 days in September.

I have a layover flight in Copenhagen on the 30th of September and would like to know the best place to stay. I’m looking to be in a part of the city where there is night life. I know I won’t be there long but I’ll be there on a Friday and want to make the most of it. I’m 26 so any input about where the best place to go have a few drinks and be around a younger/tourist crowd. Thank you.

does anyone has any tip about those cities? I’m gonna spend a weekend in them and would like to know the cities a bit more. After a search, I could see that they are very frequented in the summer, but dunno if it’s the same in the end of September. Any of u have been there?

I see on a lot of the forums that their are certain clubs with dress codes. I plan on going to a lot of clubs while I’m in Europe, and I want to look good while I’m there. I don’t wanna pack too much though, so what is the best club attire that won’t take up too much space in my bag?

If anyone has gone on a long trip with a limited budget, how much on average did you spend on food? I know the conversion rate already works against us because of the US Dollar; however I am trying to plan a rough estimate of daily costs and since guidebooks seem to think were all rich, dont really know what the average is for someone on a limited budget.

I’m flying in to London May 12th, heading down to Paris, then Amsterdam, then as many countries as I can making my way down towards Italy and Greece, I want to hit Turkey if I have the time. But I definitely want to have fun on this trip! Last summer I came and saw a lot of museums and statues…took a lot of naps, and went home bored.
I’m 25, and want to get CRAZY this summer!!!! Where do I go?! Anywhere’s an option, any suggestions??? I’ve got 2 months free to roam Europe!
