I AM OFFERING A HOTEL RESERVATION (DOUBLE ROOM) FOR SATURDAY OCTOBER 1ST. THE HOTEL IS REALLY CLOSE TO THE FESTIVAL (Hotel Demas City). I AM NOT USING THAT ROOM THIS IS WHY I’M OFFERING IT.

I have a reservation for 4 people tent camping in Munich Wiesn Camp for the weekend 23-25 ​​(Friday and Saturday) we will not be able to occupy. We are 3 students who have a room we would like to rent out in Haidhausen, a beautiful historic neighborhood very central in Munich (Steinstraße (81667) ) weekly, for a weekend or just for a day or two. Walking distance to the city center (about 10 min) and also just a one minute walk to the the subway which will take you direcly to the Oktoberfest area in a matter of 5-6 minutes. Wireless internet and cooking possibilities.

Close to Munich city center (Rotkreuzplatz). There are several restaurants, beergardens, and supermarkets near-by. A hospital, post office, department store, taxis and banks as well as the subway station are also within two minutes walking distance. There is a laundry facility right next to the apartment and a private car park is available.

in desperate advice for ocktoberfest 2011, ive been meaning to go with a group of 5ish people for about 3 years. last year left it very late and could only get quotes for accomidation from £400 pp + for 4 days. not sure if ill drive or get flights over yet. i need advice on where to stay & how much from any one that has been there done that and will consider camping, any advise welcome. Who is going in 2011? My wife will be ending her maternity leave in September, so will do a day probably this year with Luvmilk…

Sat Sept. 17 take the the Wien > Füssen train, spend the night on the Forggensee
Sun Sept. 18 visit the castle Neuschwanstein, take the train to Munich for the night
Mon Sept. 19 go to Oktoberfest for the afternoon, take the 5:23pm back to Wien arriving at 21:44pm
