Study abroad?

Ok…….

I really want to study abroad in Europe (preferably Germany) either in the fall of 2011 or spring of 2012 and am wondering where to look for scholarships/programs? Where to start…

When I was in high school, I got my GED and jumped into college early. I wasn’t responsible and screwed up my GPA, which I am in the process of fixing now. I’m hoping to have at least a 2.8 or so by the end of the spring 2011 semester. I’d imagine this is something that scholarship programs take into consideration?

There seem to be tons of different programs for study abroad.

Study Abroad in Italy

Can anyone give me advice or feedback about studying in Italy?

Spring Study Abroad at Paris IV

I’m in the process of finalizing my plans to study abroad in Spring 2011 (originally now—Fall 2010). I’m working on the Visa process right now, but my pre-enrollment arrangements to Paris IV is already secured. (Yes, I know I will still have to arrive roughly 1-2 weeks early for physical enrollment.)

My issue concerns housing:
I know that Sorbonne doesn’t supply housing as it’s primarily a commuter college, like the college I attend now in the US. I know CNOUS is responsible for assisting foreign students, but I don’t want to rely on something and get screwed in the end.

PhD at La Sorbonne?

Anyone out there, American citizen, who has completed or been accepted for doctoral studies at the Sorbonne? Wondering what the experience/process was like for a US citizen applying. Thanks for any insights….

America’s Top IT Schools, by Category

We’ve seen a lot of posts discussing the top IT programs in America, sometimes referring to them as the top computer science programs, and sometimes switching back and forth between the two terms http://search.techre…
When it comes to the best of the best, we thought we should break-out outstanding schools in three respective disciplines:
• Information Technology (for training to become developers and programmers)

  • IT Business (for those who want to manage teams of developers or become network administrators)
  • and Computer Science (for ga
