Very difficult itinerary. Do you plan on flying between each city? It will be close to impossible to take a train for this whole trip. Remember that you only have two weeks and you’re effectively hitting every corner of Europe.

Have you researched flight’s. Paris to Athens will set you back over 100 Euro and direct flight’s don’t exists between Athens and Madrid. There’s two option’s I would consider, my preference would be to miss out Athens and concentrate on France and Spain, You could see Barcelona and possibly another French or Spanish city. The other option would be to miss out Madrid, See Paris then fly to Athens and possibly visit a Greek island.
