This program is neat, but I wish it allowed the addition of “side trips.”

If it’s a day trip you could always make it 0 days…

I thought about that, but couldn’t get it to come out right on the map.

Ya I didn’t really consider day trips too much when I was building this. I think the only way to do it with the current app and make it work in terms of the map would be something like this:

Gelnhausen, Germany => 10 days (all the days are in this one mainly so the hostel availability thing calculates correctly)
Frankfurt, Germany => 0 days
Gelnhausen, Germany => 0 days
Mainz, Germany => 0 days
Gelnhausen, Germany => 0 days

Functionally and visually (on the map) this would give you the correct thing. Unfortunately the list of cities would have Gelnhausen, Germany 3 times…

Let me know if that does not work.

I won’t be able to mess with it for a while (blasted computer issues), but I’ll have to remember that when I get everything fixed up

But yeah, should get a good trip, can’t wait to get started. Hoping to have some nice “relax” time built in too to type up on my research while I’m there, instead of doing it all when I come back…

Hmm well Swill, it appears on second inspection that by trying the procedure you mention above, it ends up throwing the calendar out of wack
