    I think it looks pretty good except Rome and Berlin definitely need more days. I think you could add those two undecided days to Rome and take a day off Venice and add it to Berlin.
    Also, is there a reason you are returning to London after Athens? Why not try an open-jaw flight instead?

    I haven’t found very many flights from/to cities other than London.
    The ones I have found are all a lot more expensive.

    I would cut venice down to a day or two and Athens down to 2 days ( you could easily cut Munich to 2 days and add a trip into the alps at Garmisch-Partenkirchen). I would add the extra days to Rome and or London

    I would not travel by train from rome to athens or from athens to london, both trips would take minimum 2 days by train. The rest looks pretty good if you incorporate all the suggestions made above!
