Hey.. Thanks in advance for your comments!

The days spent in Marseilles/Nice, Heidelburg/Mainz, and Brussels/Bruges are undecided, so any opinions on those would be awesome. Also, while we did want to get a taste of Spain, it seems a little out of the way. Any suggestions? Should we save it for another trip or go for it? Thanks again!

Yea, Spain will be a bit tough to do in this itinerary. I LOVE Spain, but would save it for another time. Your budget is pretty comfortable as long as it doesn’t include transport and flights. I would skip Marseilles, but otherwise a good trip.

I like your trip. My comment would be to trim Madrid by a day and Rome by a day and add maybe Toledo (beautiful old Spanish City) or Segovia
