my graduating class is taking a trip for a week in May. I want to know how much is a train ticket from Paris to Amsterdam. I have looked on Euro rail’s website but WOW really does it cost that much.
Nice to Rome with an in-between...
On my “Mini EuroTrip Summer 2009” there is a leg of the trip that i need transportation help on. We would like to do Nice and then take a ferry to Corsica. From there we want to see Capri. I GUESS we would also take a ferry there… Then, somehow get to Rome.
Is going from Corsica to carpi to Rome doable?!? I am so lost lol
I would really appreciate any help
First time - Is it true that I should only speak English?
Wassup everybody, I am going to be visiting France & Germany in a few months. It will be my first time outside America, so I have been asking all my friends about it. They all said that I should at least try to speak the language of where I am visiting, and I did get a book on how to speak French.
Au-Pair France
Hey,
I am going to be an au-pair in Biarritz, France for 3 months this summer. I have a EU passport along with my Canadian passport. I was just wondering if anyone has any idea on whether I still need to get a wokring visa or not? the agency i am working with says i should be ok because its only 3 months but i plan on staying for an extra 2 weeks to travel around spain and france, so i dont want to be left hanging at the end of my trip.
Has anyone been an au-pair in France before?? any advice??
thanks!!

Paris Hostels
Hey I am planning on reserving a hostel in paris soon and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations. Looking for a place close to city center within walking distance of most attractions but not incredibly far from Paris Nord main train station. Let me know if anyone has any feedback.
Thanks

general advice: flight from California to anywhere in Europe - summer
Hello everyone!
Sorry if this is a hard question to answer – but I’ve been looking around this board and can’t seem to find a consensus that will answer my question. I’m looking for a flight from anywhere in California to anywhere in Europe for these dates: outbound mid to late June and returning mid to late July. So far the best I can find is $717 on Delta. This seems like a pretty good price – should I go with this, or does this season promise even cheaper fares for this time period??Thanks for any help!
