Travel Across Ireland
Alright so im wondering what the transportation situation is for Ireland. Im looking into including Galway and Shannon into the Irish portion of my trip (Link Below, check it out i would love some feed back and ideas to fill up my itinerary!) and i am wondering what is the quickest most cost effective route from Galway or Shannon to Dublin. Any insight would be appreciated!
Should I get the 3 months Eurail Global Pass?
I’ll be traveling from April to June 2012 for a total of 75 days.
Easiest or simplest way to get from Gimmelwald to Barcelona?
Hi,
I am having a bit of trouble figuring out the easiest / simplest way to get from Gimmelwald to Barcelona. I don’t want it to be too time consuming. Would it be easier to take a train to a city on the way and then from there a plane to Barcelona??
Thanks in advance.

getting from Bruges/Brussels/Belgium to Interlaken, Switzerland
Trying to get from Bruges to Interlaken in the fastest, cheapest, and most efficient way. Been looking into train travel, and have been quite confused by the variety of apparent possibility. Also been going through the flight websites, and haven’t found anything even remotely in my range. Any advice on the best way to do it by train, or perhaps a website or company to use for flight travel, would be really really helpful. I’m leaving for Belgium next monday, and want to head to Interlaken by saturday (probably take a night train friday).

NYC to LONDON!
So…
I am a first timer planning my little eurotrip this summer break. Unfortunately due to budget issues I am only able to stay 20 something days… I have originally planned for July 22nd ticket from NYC to London, and have found a ticket for $540… But I can’t decide cause I’m secretly hoping that the prices will drop or something similar…. Should I book it now or later? And will I be able to cover air travel, transportation and every other expenses for 24 days with 3000 dollars? I am confused!!!
HELP!
Germant to Italy Travel
So a friend and I are planning on flying into Munich on March 27th and flying out on April 5th. During that time we’d like to go to Florence and possibly Rome. I am having a hard time figuring out what is the most cost effective route to take transportation wise. Plane tickets from Germany to Italy aren’t too bad. It seems a waste to get a EuroPass, renting a car isn’t too bad either but from what I’ve read it’s a pain to deal with parking and map reading, road rules, etc. So…any help at all would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
Best Travel Options for Study Abroad student in Athens
Hey all,
I am about to be studying in Athens, Greece for the next 4 months, and I am wondering what the best forms of travel are between Athens and European countries such as France, Italy, Amsterdam, Poland, Austria, and Germany. Because i would only get to travel on weekends and some weeks, is it best to by a eurorail pass or just go trip by trip? Is flying better in some cases?
Also, how does the ferry system work in terms of international travel?
Thanks so much!
