Study Abroad
Study Abroad + Backpacking Questions
In a few weeks I’m starting a study abroad program in Central Europe that lasts a month, then I’m stay five weeks afterward to backpack around the region. I’m having a lot of trouble figuring out what to pack and how much!
I’m flying in and out of the same city I’m studying in, so was hoping there would be a way to size down and store some of my things until I come back for my departure flight. Does anyone know if this is possible?
Either way, what’s a reasonable amount to pack? How much will they allow me to bring onto trains, etc?
Best Travel Options for Study Abroad student in Athens
Hey all,
I am about to be studying in Athens, Greece for the next 4 months, and I am wondering what the best forms of travel are between Athens and European countries such as France, Italy, Amsterdam, Poland, Austria, and Germany. Because i would only get to travel on weekends and some weeks, is it best to by a eurorail pass or just go trip by trip? Is flying better in some cases?
Also, how does the ferry system work in terms of international travel?
Thanks so much!

Studying Aboad, Scotland??
Hey there everyone, thanks for stopping!
I’m a sophomore at a small school in Pennsylvania.
I plan on attending the University of Aberdeen but I wanted to take a hard look at the rest of Scotland before I make my final descision. I am planning on studying abroad for a semester to a full school year in Scotland and I’m having trouble finding a ligitimate foundation to help send me there. I’m also curious about what it will be like and such. Any insite at all, how ever irrelivant will still be interesting to me. Thanks so much!!
