Vienna
Tour Italy, Central & Eastern Europe On Line (Video + Stills)
My film “Gondola With the Wind” can be seen on the web if you have a high speed internet connection. The movie begins in Italy with Rome, Pisa, Florence, and Venice. It then features Vienna (Austria), glorious Prague (Czech Republic), Poland (including Warsaw & Auschwitz), Ukraine, and Budapest (Hungary).
This is a free, non-commercial, streaming video on the Windows Media Player. No ads and no strings attached. I still sell nothing.

I am starting to plan a 5 city trip to Europe for 2 weeks. Has anyone ever rented a car and traveled city to city or is the train always the way to go?
We will be traveling from Berlin-Krakow-Budapest-Vienna-Prague-Berlin.

Europe in winter
Hi,
I am planning a Eurotrip in winter *for *2 weeks. My Christmas and New Years would be spent in Europe. Currently I have my eye on paris, switzerland, prague, vienna, budapest…. However, I am aware that I would not be able to cram everything into this trip. My style of traveling is fairly relaxed and I prefer quality over quantity. Any advice regarding the better places to travel to in winter and within my tight time frame would be greatly appreciated.
Thanx heaps!
Vienna waits for you!

Transport to Zilina
Hi!
In August I’m going from Portugal to Zilina on Erasmus. But I have a doubt: going to Vienna an then to Zilina or going to Praha an them to Zilina.
So If somenone could help me to get timetables and the prices of the trips (bus and/or train) it would be very helpfull to me. I already try to find it on the internet but I’ve got nothing related to the prices of the trips.
Thanks!
Train from Vienna to Kosice?
Hey there —
My wife and I want to travel by train from Vienna to Kosice on Monday, July 13th. Any advice as to how to best do this? I’ve been trying to research it online and have run into some difficulties. We’d like to leave fairly early that morning (8:00 a.m. or so) if at all possible.
What’s our best way? The Austrian railway? The Slovak rail? Something else? I was on the OBB (Austria) site earlier but it seems I need a BUSINESSCARD to purchase a ticket, and I’m not sure what that is or if I’ll able to do it from the States. What’s the best/fastest/cheapest method of going?
Vienna to Paris (and maybe to UK)
Hi All!
We (2 of us) are trying to figure out the best way to get from Vienna to Paris by train – and we have had no real success. We can’t figure out what the prices are on OBB, or if that is even the best way to go. We want to leave Vienna on July 13th with a ticket to Paris. Any suggestion on the best way to do this? Also – is there any type of pass we could by that would get us from Vienna to Paris, let us travel around France and than get us to the UK? I’m guessing no, but thought I would ask anyways.Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
Best,
MiiiSH
