is london the cheapest place to fly into from canada( vancouver ), from what i seem it looks like it, i really want the cheapest place to fly into, but i hear london is very expensive, also what would be the cheapest hostel you could find in london, thanks a bunch
If you are using the budget carriers that we have in Vancouver, it’s quite likely Glasgow or Manchester or Paris is cheaper.
You can read my other thread about FlyGlobeSpan – which is one of the cheap carriers offering flights from Vancouver, but which I’m rather leery about.
Also look at these sites:

You can get a hostel for as cheap as 10 pounds per night. See here: http://www.studios92…
But I wouldn’t recommend getting a hostel that’s too far out. Get one within easy distance of central London, or preferably in central London.
London can be expensive, but you can also do it quite cheaply if you think ahead, never darken the door of a restaurant, pub, or bar, if you take advantage of the free museums, if you get a TravelCard or Oyster for public transit, etc.
Those offers from Canadian Affair are amazing at times. I believe they sell flights to Gatwick and Manchester from Vancouver. I doubt you will find anything cheaper.
For some reason, my impression on AirCanada is terrible. All known associates flying on ACS have been dissappointed with the reconnection in Canada and the lack of proper arrangements for delays.
