Well, it’s official as of today…. My company is sending me out to the Czech Republic from April 28 – May 8. I’ll be in Prague April 29-30, then driving to Brno May 1 to play with some Russian tanks for the rest of the week. I’ll be driving back to Prague May 7, and supposed to fly back to Florida May 8. I went backpacking in Europe in the Summer of ’98 and again over the ’99-‘00 holidays, and I’m really itching to go again so…… I’m planning to extend my stay there and squeeze a few backpacking days out of this business trip (and of course, my boss doesn’t know about this yet ). So I am looking at bumming around from May 8- 14. I was thinking maybe Budapest, Krakow, and/or day trips out of Prague. I do have to fly back from Prague on the 14th. Any suggestions?

Also, there isn’t much on LG or Lonely Planet about Brno. Any suggestions on what do see and do, specially at night since I’ll be working during the day? Thnx!
