24 hour Paris layover. Suggestions?
Tue, 07/21/2015 - 04:43
Hello,
I will have a 24 hour layover this September. I’m looking for suggestions on things to see, or do. I realize 24 hours in Paris is miniscule, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
Greg
Lots of possibilities..
Take a Seine cruise/tour
Take a hop on hop off bus tour. Tickets are good for at least 24 hours. Ride the route once (probably about an hour) then stay on the bus to get to what seemed most intriguing and visit that. You can then use the bus to get any other sights you have time for.
Spend the day strolling around — Eiffel Tower, Arch de Triumph (go to the top for the view) stroll the Champs Elyse. You can go to Notre Dame or any other of the great sights. Take the metro (subway) to anything not in walking distance.
