It’s going to be a big adjustment going from sitting on my rear 40 hours a week to being on my feet all the day long in Europe.
I’m not normally a big user of medicine if I can help it, so I wonder what everyone’s thoughts are on which is better for sore achy tired muscles – ibuprofen or acetomenaphine(sp?) I guess I can just take both, and pop a couple of each!
