advise?
Wed, 03/30/2005 - 17:55
Hello,
I am planning a two month trip to Europe, but I need some advise. My trip begins on May 25 and ends on July 25 I start of in London and it ends in London. I will be traveling with a friend the first five weeks, but the last three weeks I will be on my own. I need the to know how my friend and I can start from London and end up in Greece, she will be leaving me in Rome and returning to London on June 28. I want to be able to do as many countries as possible with my friend and do the rest on my own. I need some ideas on how to plan my itinerary. PLEASE HELP!

I would suggest reading through a lot of the forums and doing a search of forums for specific topics. Go to a library or bookstore and look at guidebooks to get an idea of where specifically you want to go. Figure out how much you want to spend, what type of trip you want. Read other people’s travelogs. Then you can address more specific questions (like what is a good hostel in Munich, etc.)
I’m not trying to be mean or blow you off, but this same general question gets asked a lot. You won’t get a flood of replies to this general question just because people get a little tired of regurgitating the same info that was posted a day or 2 before. If you make this initial steps and get to more specifics, you’ll find people are very helpful…
Sigh… It’s like I’m repeating myself… Hey I am!
