A friend of mine returned from Europe with some amazing ORIGINAL watercolor paintings that she purchased from artists setting up shop on the streets. I’m traveling to Europe in September and would like to ask people where is the best place to find these artists in European cities.

She gave me these locations
Barcelona-At the end of Las Ramblas that is nearest the water. She said there were many artist lined up together. Also in Barcelona there was a guy who had some great paintings in a square near the History Museum

Venice-There were a couple in the Piazza San Marco.

Florence-There were many at the Piazza di Pitti and many in the center area of the Uffizi.

Does anyone know where these artists can be found in cities such as Rome? Prague? Paris? in fact, any European city.
