Out of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithania, which is the best as far as nightlife/drinking/etc…..?

i think rigas night life is the craziest, vilnius was quiet enough and tallinn is also pretty good.clubs are open til late and there are 24 hour bars.if u go to riga, they do limo trips at night around the city for an hour, it seems wrong, a limo and cheap beer but good fun.
