Barcelona

My fiancé and I are planning on spending part of our honeymoon in Barcelona, but before I book the tickets I was looking for ideas on places to see and things to do while there. Any suggestions would be appriciated!
Gaudi’s La Sagrada Familia is a must, and you might be interested in his other architectural work, such as Park Güell.
People-watch at Las Ramblas or Plaça de Catalunya.
Picasso and Miró museums may interest you.
Day trip to Montserrat.
Stay out all night at the clubs, then spend the day snoozing in the sun on the beach.
And great views of the city from Montjuïc park.
Walk around the city too, and just soak it all in. The historical center (Barri Gòtic definitely, and the edgy Raval district) is pretty compact and walkable, and it’s right up on the waterfront.

I went to the museum of the history of the city a few years ago. Part if it includes an elevator ride down to the level of the Roman city, where part if it has been excavated so you can see part of the city wall and remains of various buildings like a laundry and a facility for making garum (a fermented fish sauce that was popular in the Roman world).
