Beaches in Croatia!
Thu, 06/10/2010 - 16:45
Hey, I was just wondering what would be the best place to stay in Croatia? I want to have lots of beach time and not be too far away from a decent nightlife.
Any suggestions on the perfect Croatian city?!
Thanks in advance
I am leaving from Montreal and traveling for 22 days
Paris, Nice, Florence, Venice, Florence, Pisa, Zadar, Stuttgart, Munich, Paris

Check out Korcula or Hvar.
Or you could just stay in Dubrovnik, which has several beach options, and nearby bars/cafes.
We took a ferry (from Dubrovnik) to Lokrum Island for the day and had a nice swim there.
The beaches are rock or pebble but not that bad at all.
The Adriatic was some of the most beautiful water I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen a lot of beaches.
Take a look at Makarska: clubbing haven with supposedly some of the best beaches in croatia right there!

Thx guys!
How are the beaches in pula? Or anywhere around there? Is there someplace close to pula that has an okay nightlife by any chance?
