booking online? and: rail pass?
Mon, 03/01/2010 - 18:41
Any recommendations as to whether I should book hostels/trains in advance? If so, what website should I use to book trains? I can’t figure out how to book seats through eurail.com, and the prices on raileurope seem way more expensive…
Also, is a eurail pass worth it if I’m traveling by train from Barcelona—>Nice, Nice—> Bologna, Bologna—> Bari, Budapest—> Vienna, Vienna—> Prague, Prague—> Salzburg, Salzburg—> Lucerne, Lucerne—> Interlaken? I can’t tell because the pass seems really expensive but I can’t find fare information for individual rides…
Any advice would be much appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
I am leaving from London with $3000 for 34 days
