Breda hostel
Thu, 09/09/2010 - 12:53
To everyone,
please stay away from Breda Youth Hostel. Its a dirty and stinking place.
Curious… what did you like about your visit to Breda? What are the highlights that you recommend for visitors to this small city nearish the NL/BE border?
And would also like to know specifically was wrong with Breda Hostel. That would help people make a decision about staying there.

Hi there,
breda is a city near the belgian border. Its a great tourist center with an historic city center and the breda castle. There are lots of attractions like Municipal museum, Ethiology museum, Antiques fair and so on. I really recommend this city for lots of reasons.
Still about the Youth Hostel. I was a bit dissapointed with its conditions. Absolutely shocking, the whole place was dirty – the dinign room shabby, the shower water was positively non existant – had to bath in the sink the flow of water was so poor, bedrooms also very shabby. I have even found a butt in my pilow. What more, stuff was very unfriendly and arrogant. well, I would not recommend this hostel to anyone under any circumstances!
Thanks for the advice.

To marrysmith: I can not understand where did you take this description from, the hotel is nothing what you say. On the contrary I could definitelly recommend it to others, has shinny new showers and the service was good.
We were with a group of friends staying in the shared room , paid only 22 euros per person and had nothing to complain about.
To everyone,
breda is a beautiful city,recommend !!!!!!!!!!
