Hiya

I was just wondering if anyone knows about any monthy or bi-monthly publications about budget travel. I would love to get a subscription to a magazine that focuses solely on hostelling and backpacking not only in Europe, but worldwide.

Sure, Let’s Go and Lonely Planet are packed full of information for the budget traveller, but they generally only focus on specific areas and the information is already a year old when you buy them. Plus they’re expensive.

I’d love to read a magazine that was kind of like these message boards (except without the flaming) with nice colour pictures and write-ups on lots of exciting destinations worldwide… on the cheap of course. Another bonus of a magazine like this would be that the travel ads would be for us budget people instead of all the crap you get in the newspapers about organised tours and expensive flights.

Anyone know of anything like this and have subscription info or have I stumbled onto some kind of business op here?
