Found many sites but can not find reviews or experience.
i fly from Cairo (Egypt) to Dusseldorf (Germany)
my search narrowed to :

which one is reliable and do not change their price after booking?

The price does not change once it is paid and confirmed on all flight legs. That is normal nowadays.

Those sites are o.k. but they might not find the best price for you. Try BookingBuddy.com and BookingBuddy.co.uk — it will check the others you listed, with just 1 input of cities and dates.

When do you need to travel? Staying how long? I see KLM in October for $439 USD some dates, for example.

Dep. 26/09 – Return. 24/12

stay for 3 months may be less.

Quick check turned up $483 Sep27-Dec27 — the cheapest I see around your preferred dates.

What is the cheapest price you have founds so far? From what source? Have you tried the links and tips in our new user thread @ top of this forum?

i found 516 $ (USD) with vayama.com <<<<< but so many complaint over internet from bad customer service!!!

also i found 430 euro with 3 sites mentioned above.
