I’m looking for responses from people who travelled solo and are near 30. I travelled solo at 25 and met a lot of people at hostels, etc. However, at 30, hostels aren’t an attractive option now. I’m a male and am going to have 4 weeks off and am debating b/w a trip to Russia, or either SE Asia or South America.

I’d like to hear opinions on travelling solo in either of these areas…and your experiences taking a tour after backpacking several times previously. Thanks for the help
