can anyone tell me something about japan?
Sat, 05/05/2007 - 22:09
i don’t know all that much about it, but lately it’s been really appealing to me. i’ve been planning to go spend a month or two in austria but i think maybe i might like to go to japan instead. of course, i’ll have to research it a bit first. is there anyone here who can give me some starting information, as to whether or not they have hostels or private rooms there, the cost of things in japan in comparison to europe, the length of time canadians are allowed in the country, visa requirements for canadians, etc. and any other additional information?
i would really appreciate it!
Best bet is to pick up a guide book or do some research online. The one thing I do know about Japan is that it is much more expensive then Europe is. I have also read you can get a pretty good feel for the country in a couple weeks. The hostels dont seem overly expensive…I saw a report on this place the other night on tv… http://www.hostelz.c… …Would be pretty interesting to stay there one night as long as you were not cloustrophobic [8|].
