We so enjoyed your family, Carlos, Romeo and Pascal. The entire experience was better than I could have imagined. We had such fun on our day trips with Romeo we all laughed so much!!! Our evening cooking with your dad and Pascal were great. I have already made several of the dishes we prepared. We loved meeting Brad the young man from Long Island and the couple from Florida. We all got along so well. I know you are leaving soon for Arcidosso and I would like for you to pass along for us again what a great time we had.
