Can anyone advise on a good cell phone? I want triband GSM, useable in the USA and needed for European travel. An example would be Motorola P280, (unlocked), for which I would purchase the needed phone service chip on arrival in another country.

Additionally, I want ot make use of a "follow-me" service

whereby people in the USA can contact me by dialing a toll-free number that rings through to the cell phone or land line number I’ve programmed it for. Has anyone had any experience with this service?
