Cheap eats in paris and italy!

I’m going to Paris for 4 days and different cities in Italy for 6 days (Venice, Florence, and Rome). Does anyone have any suggestions of where to eat cheap and any great nightclubs in those areas?

For cheap eats, Rome won’t be that much of a problem… but Paris… oh god, Paris… I usually ate on the street from various vendors in Paris (crepes are cheap), and did a bit of shopping at the markets for bread and cheese and several bottles of red. If you can find one, the Petit Casino is the cheapest supermarket in Paris. Monoprix is a ripoff.
