I’m currently in Munich at the easyEverything Internet Cafe across from the HauptBahnHof (Main Train Station) For 5DM I got almost 2 hours of internet time and the connect is fast! Plus, they have tons of computers (probably 50 or so) so there is no lineup.

They also have cheap Internet Phone Cards and Webcams on every computer.
