Be aware that the UK and several other countries are often considered “Europe” but are not part of the Schengen Agreement border zone.

Among Schengen countries, cheapest roundtrip from Accra I see in November is $640 USD to Brussels with Royal Air Moroc on Nov. 11, return Nov. 17. Second-cheapest is $663 to Rome, also with Royal Air Moroc, departures on Fridays in November, 30 day max. stay. $665 to Geneva (not Schengen); same airline, Friday departures.

If a local travel agent in Accra can’t book this for you—or if you can’t book it from Royal Air Moroc’s office in Accra (if they have one)—they try it with www.kayak.com which will probably link you through to Vayama for the final sale. Search ACC to BRU with Nov.11 and 17 to get this fare.

Sorry, I’ve never heard of a UN fare. Do you have some additional information about it? I would be very cautious about scams, unless Lufthansa’s office in Accra can confirm this for you. In fact, they are probably your best bet to secure this fare if it is legitimate.

In your case, I think you should either email or phone the airlines first before travelling to Accra—to be sure you have a solid offer. Email would, in fact, be better because then you have the price and times in writing so the airline can honor what they said.

You don’t have to have a preexisting booking to contact them via that form. Type your question to them where it says “Your message:” enter your email address and click “Submit.”

Your question should say something like this: “I would like to book the cheapest possible ticket for Accra to Europe departing Nov 15 and return Nov 30. I do not have credit card. I must pay at the Accra office of Royal Air Maroc. Please send me the fare information, as well as email, phone number, and physical address for your office in Accra.”

You’re going to have to take charge of your own trip at this point. I did research for you and found the best options for you to pursue, and provided detailed information for contacting them. This site is not a booking service. At this point, you will need to be resourceful to find what you need from Royal Air Maroc, and work around the problem. I assume you’ve already contaced Lufthansa about the UN fares or another cheap fare. Being resourceful and creative is necessary for any travel these days. Best of luck.
