cheap flights to berlin

anyone know a cheap way to get from toronto to berlin?  i don’t think any airlines fly it direct, so what’s the best city to connect in?

You’re right—there aren’t any nonstops currently. LTU or Lufthansa are probably your best options. www.ltu.com www.lufthansa.com

Also consider the cheapest you can find to the UK with www.canadian-affair…. then take Easyjet or Air Berlin from there.

Air Transat have flights from Toronto to Munich, Frankfurt, and Hamburg through early October. Train or cheap flight hop from those airports might also be an option. For example, Toronto-Hamburg Sept 27 \ Oct 12 $519 CDN total with taxes; train from there.

With Canadian Affair, similar dates to Glasgow, $321 CDN total; transfer to Prestwick and take Ryanair from there (this is a little bit hassle, but could get you there under $400 CDN return).
