cheap flights to spain
Wed, 04/13/2011 - 20:43
I am looking for cheap flights to spain that leave the last two weeks of may and come back the first or second week of august i have a lot of flexibility but i am finding it hard to find cheap tickets. The tickets I was looking at through student universe were 850 dollars two weeks ago but I just found out today I got accepted to this program and the tickets are almost double the price now. Is it smart to wait and buy my ticket at the last second and have them be cheaper or will I end up having to pay even more? Am I basically screwed or is there a way I can find a ticket for less than 900 dollars I can fly to basically any city in spain preferably Madrid or Seville.
Offhand, I’d say you could get lucky but these days, for the most part, you’re not likely to find much for a long summer stay under $1000 to most destinations. That said, let’s get into particulars; where are you leaving from?
Yep — departure airport is the next step. What is it?
Also, have you tried other student ticket sellers? In addition to Student Universe, there’s STA Travel, Travelcuts, and GenerationFly — to name a few.
