Cheapest cool/good Bars and Clubs

I will be visiting Amsterdam, Hamburg, Berlin, Poznan, Wroclaw, Prague, Ljubljana, Florence, Nice, Barcelona, and Ibiza.
I was wondering if you had any suggestions of cheap bars and clubs in these places since I will be on a very tight budget but enjoy a good night out.
Any suggestions on these cities would be great, or just list your favorite cheap bar or club you have been to in your travels in any city!
