i though i might help him out by posting this up on site he probably cant find.
"My best friend was found dead at the bottom of a flight of stairs in the Woraburi Guesthouse on the Koa San Road at around 4 or 5 in the morning on Friday the 27th of February. His name was Jason King (pictured above) and he was 25 years old.He had been in Bangkok since Monday the 23rd of February and had been travelling alone. He was from a town called Castlebar in County Mayo in the west of Ireland. He was about 5 ft 9" tall,of average build and with very short (shaved) black hair (hair probably shorter than in the pictures). He probably would have introduced himself as Jay. He was a DJ and was likely to have been wearing a baseball cap and jeans and t-shirt. He was on his way to Australia and had just planned to spend a week in Bangkok. It seems likely that what happened was a freak accident, i.e. he fell down the stairs, and the Thai authorities do not suspect any foul play.
Let me just say that Jason was the friendliest most popular person that I’ve ever known. Everybody in Castlebar knew Jason. He made friends wherever he went and I’m sure he’d have met lots of people in the days leading up to his untimely death. Jason’s Family and friends would dearly love to hear from anyone who met up with Jason during those last few days (23-27 feb). Even if it was just to say that you met him briefly and he seemed to be having a good time, it would make a world of difference. We would especially like to hear from anyone who was with Jason on the night that he died (thurs 26-fri 27). PLEASE REPLY IF YOU HAVE ANY NEWS, IT DOESN’T MATTER HOW SMALL, IT WILL MAKE SUCH A DIFFERENCE TO SO MANY PEOPLE WHO ARE STRUGGLING TO COPE WITH THIS TERRIBLE TRAGEDY."
