Wed, 09/05/2007 - 13:33
Is Edimbourg a nice place to visit for 3 days during october? I want to see green

where the f’ck is Edimbourg?
And no. It’s not.
Are you talking about Edinburgh, Scotland?
It would be green. I guess how nice it is would be up to you.
I’ve been there in August (Fringe Festival) and in January (Hogmanay) and enjoyed it both times.
Yes I mean Scotland sorry for the mistake my english is not so good, I am sure is a great place but in october must be very rainy and cold, would it be
ossibly to see some green landscapes??
yes, you’ll see green landscapes as it pisses down rain 20 hours every day. Bring an umbrella!
Just make sure you bring warming clothing, it will be going into their winter, as for green landscapes, once in Edinburgh, head over to the tourist information centre (it used to be beside Waverley Train Station, but that was a few years ago) and book yourself on one of their half or full day tours that take you out of Edinburgh for the day
