Suicide mission or equipment malfunction?

I’m leaning toward the suicide theory, just cuz it makes sense. Also, the way the plane was flying at a normal level, dropped suddenly, then went back up and finally crashed kinda leads me to believe that someone in the cabin tried to correct the spiral and was stopped in his tracks.
