England - Amsterdam - Paris - Nice or...
Tue, 04/20/2010 - 10:34
Would it make more sense to go London – Amsterdam – Paris – Nice or London – Paris – Amsterdam – Nice (as is)?
Thanks for feedback.
I am leaving from Toronto with $2000 for 22 days
London, Amsterdam, Paris, Nice, Monaco, Barcelona
London, Amsterdam, Paris, Nice, Monaco, Barcelona
I am leaving from Barcelona, Spain and traveling for 11 days
Barcelona, Ibiza Town, Madrid, Seville, Lisbon

How are you traveling? It makes a big difference in this one.
Best by train would be London-Amsterdam-Paris-Nice. However, London-Paris-Amsterdam-fly to Nice could work very well. Depending on how long you want to stay in Amsterdam, London-Paris-Amsterdam-Paris-Nice also works.
oldlady, thanks for the comment. Not sure about transportation because I was planning on figuring it out based on what route made more sense.
In terms of cost and time would know if it would better to fly or train between those cities?
London, Amsterdam, Paris, Nice, Monaco, Barcelona

I myself am planning a Europe trip and after talking to a few people about travel tips, I’d say flying is the best alternative. A friend of mine said those who bought EuroRail passes were either incredibly disappointed or wasted too much time in transit to enjoy the trip.
Frankfurt, Paris, London, Frankfurt
I would go London – Amsterdam – Paris – Nice since the London Amsterdam route has many options, and the Paris – Nice leg would be too easy to pass up.
Amsterdam, Hamburg, Berlin, Prague, Mostar, Sarajevo, Bol, Makarska, Florence, Málaga, Seville, Barcelona, Ibiza Town
Hi
I am going to attend a wedding on 7/24 in hamburg germany. I would like to spend about 2 weeks in Europe. ( I need to be at Hamburg Germany on 7/20. I need help on planning…
I am leaving from Washington DC. I am leaving around 7/7/2010. So I have about 12 days to see the followings: ( enough time??)
London, Paris, Amsterdam, brussels, amsterdams ( final destnations: hamburg)
help….Thanks
cccyin: You’ll probably get better answers if you post a new thread. You question has virtually nothing to do with this thread.
Where are you flying into/outof? Looks like you have 12 full days, so you can do this. I’d substitute Bruges for Brussels and look for an open jaw flight. Into London, out of Hamburg would probably be best, but if it’s significantly cheaper to do roundtrip to Hamburg or to fly into Paris or Amsterdam, you could make that work, too.
If you fly into London, I would spend 4 nights there (arrival day may be a waste of sleep deprivation, jet lag and culture shock). Take Eurostar to Paris early in day 5 and spend that day and 3 nights there. Take the train to Bruges in the afternoon and spend 2 nights there. Leave early in the day for Amsterdam and spend 2 nights there. Then head for Hamburg. You can spend 4 hours in Brussels (get off at Centrale station) on your way to or from Bruges.
The Amsterdam-Nice leg has many cheap flight offers, so takeadvantage of that. Also, don’t forget to visit Bruges, you can skip Brussels. (or just spend a few hours there)
those places are wonderful and a perfect place to relax. but if i have to choose, I’d go to Paris
