I have read the rules of the Eurail pass( gobal, selected..) but it seems to be available to the residents out of Europe.
Im a student studying in Europe now, but Im from China. Is that ok for me to buy one ?
if not, is there any other alternative tickets for me ?

As a student studying in Europe you should be eligible for an Interrail pass. I believe it’s cheaper than Eurail:
