I tried searching this one and didn’t come up with anything…

Today I went to AAA Travel to compare their railpass service w/ buying on-line. Everything was pretty much the same, down to the $15 shipping charge (though rail-protection plan was only $10). Anyway, she said that there is a $7 chunnel fee. I’ve never heard of this. What is it? Do people who buy their tickets on-line have to pay that fee when they go to use their voucher? Even though it comes down to just a few dollars, this will probably be my deciding factor on buying it on-line vs. from the travel agency.
