This question has been on my mind for a while now. I bought a pair of Timberland boots for my trip but I am wondering if I should take another pair of shoes. The boots are really comfy and sturdy so I think they will be great for walking but what about going out. I am not a big party person so I doubt I will be going to lots of clubs. But I will be going to pubs, the theater, etc. I was thinking of taking a cute pair of going out sandles. But I will be backpacking from September to January. So I don’t know if that would be a real dumb idea. I live in Florida so we wear sandles here all year through that is why I have no idea what to wear in a colder climate. I am so confused! I was thinking of taking a pair of sneakers also just in case I get tired of wearing those boots everyday. But that might be too much weight in shoes. Of course I will also take a pair of light thongs for the shower. Sorry this is so long but will someone please help me put some sense into this. I have done the searches but it seems that most people here on the board travel during summer. Thanks so much for your time and I look forward to getting replies
