I was wondering what the likelyhood is that I could find a job in Europe on a farm. When is the best time to look and what countries have the greatest openings?

Also, I am a college graduate who is thinking of getting a TESOL/CELTA certificate. Can anyone suggest countries to go to or programs for cetification to attend and the best time to do so. Thanks.
