Hi!

Has anyone taken a flight from Barcelona to Rome? I thought it would be a good idea because of the long train ride.

Thanks!
Clay

It’s a good idea.  Check www.whichbudget.com to see which budget airlines fly this route.  If you can’t find a cheap flight look into a stop over on the French or Italia Riviera with an overnight train for part of the route.  Ferry to Genoa (about 18 hours, overnight) is also an option.

I purchased the Vueling ticket for $52 – great price. Also, you can change your flight at no cost up to two days before departure.

Thanks for the help!
