Florida
Tue, 11/28/2006 - 18:38
If anyone was thinking about a nice place to go to, Florida is def a fun place. I took my gf there and we had a blast. We did the tourist thing in Orlando (walt disney world and universal studios missed sea world cuz of time) and drove to Miami and stayed in south beach and enjoyed the night life. Saw the sun rise and partied like crazy. Then headed over to the other coast to Naples/Ft. Myers area and went on airboat rides through the Everglades and enjoyed the beautiful warm weather and warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It was a blast and I would recommend it. I had a toyota solara convertible for $30 a day and drove around most of the time with the top down.
Florida is a wacky state, but it has so much natural beauty.
And South Beach is one of the most cosmopolitan spots in the United States.
